ECU Unlock Service
Our in-house ECU unlock service for modern, secured control units — starting with BMW/MINI DME8 units produced after 06/2020. No need to open the ECU casing — our process is completely safe and non-invasive.
What is an ECU Unlock?
An unlock restores write access to the ECU so software optimisation (e.g. Stage 1) becomes possible. Our process is performed entirely in-house — safe, efficient, and fast. After the unlock, you can tune the vehicle as desired.

Note: applicability and results depend on make, model, and maintenance condition. We always assess suitability per vehicle.

Procedure
- Open the order portal using the button below.
- Follow the required steps and confirm your order.
- We verify the order; once confirmed you will receive a payment link. Please complete the payment.
- Choose how to get your ECU to us:
- Option A — Ship: Send the ECU after your order is confirmed and payment is completed. Include a printed order confirmation in the box.
- Option B — Visit our workshop (by appointment): Bring the ECU and your order confirmation. We typically perform the unlock while you wait.
- Return of ECU: For shipped units we typically send it back within 24 hours* after receipt. For workshop visits, we hand the ECU back after the unlock is completed.
*Turnaround refers to workshop time after receipt; shipping times are not included.
